Application

Frame

The frame of these welding goggles features a wire structure that wraps around the lens holders at the front and extends backward to form earpieces. The manufacturer uses injection-moulded polyethylene to form the round lens holders, incorporating multiple grooves for securely holding the lenses. The split-ring design allows for quick and easy lens replacement.

Additionally, the lens holder includes lateral extensions. The inner extensions function as nose pads, while the outer ones offer added side protection. To improve comfort during prolonged use, the wire earpieces are coated with polyethylene.

Eyepiece

The welding goggles include black welding glass lenses that are flat and round, with a 50 mm diameter and 2.7 mm thickness. The standard version features Class 6 protection, suitable for various industrial applications. However, users may request alternate lens tints based on specific needs.
