High Tack Turbo, Saber

DYNA-FIX® High Tack Turbo is a super-strong adhesive with incredible initial tack. It forms a tough, flexible, and highly resistant joint. This one-component, moisture-curing, high-viscosity elastomeric sealant contains silane-terminated polymers and provides excellent adhesion.

You can use it both indoors and outdoors. It sticks well to many surfaces, including glass, metals, pre-lacquered aluminum, PVC, plastics, wood, polyester, stone, and concrete. It’s especially useful for bonding materials exposed to vibrations or movement.

Surface Preparation

Make sure surfaces are clean, dry, and free of grease, dust, oil, or other contaminants. Use a suitable solvent like methyl ethyl ketone or acetone to clean the area before applying the adhesive.

Application Instructions

Use a manual or pneumatic gun to apply the adhesive in strips 5 to 10 cm apart. For most applications, you won’t need mechanical supports. However, heavier parts may require temporary holding until the adhesive cures.

Once you open the cartridge, use the product within 24 hours to prevent it from hardening. Do not apply at temperatures below 5°C. Keep it away from uncured polyurethane during curing.
