Applications

This type of peripheral pump is ideal for:

• Boosting household water pressure or supplying from storage tanks
• Garden irrigation and small-scale farm watering
• Transferring clean water between tanks, wells, or reservoirs
• Feeding water features, fountains, and sprinklers

Avoid usage with abrasive or chemical fluids; designed strictly for clean water up to ~25 °C (77 °F)

Installation & Operation Notes

• Must be connected to a properly grounded safety outlet (GFCI)
• Designed for indoor or weather-protected setup, not submersible
• Requires priming before startup: fill suction pipe and pump body through the priming inlet, and open delivery taps to purge air
• Ensure system head (vertical lift + off‑set length) does not exceed 35 m to maintain effective flow
• Maintenance guidelines include periodic cleaning of the intake screen, keeping the pump dry, and avoiding operation without water (“dry run”)

Usage & Safety Tips

• Never use the pump to handle chemicals, abrasive or corrosive fluids.
• Always prime the pump correctly to avoid airlocks or impeller damage.
• Avoid exceeding maximum suction lift or system head; doing so will significantly reduce flow or stop output.
• Don’t operate the pump without water—doing so can overheat and damage the motor.
