Mini Filter, Yato YT-1054

Installation Instructions:

1. Connection:

   • Use a standard 1/4” thread to connect the filter to the air system.

   • Ensure all connections are tight to prevent air leaks.

2. Placement:

   • Install the filter as close as possible to the tool or unit that requires filtered air.

   • Position the water tank below the water drain valve to ensure proper drainage.

3. Environmental Considerations:

   • Avoid placing the unit in direct sunlight or exposing it to high temperatures.

   • Keep it away from corrosive chemicals and solvents to protect the polycarbonate tank.

Operation & Maintenance:

Water Drainage:

• Automatic Drainage (No Pressure):
  When the system is depressurized, water will automatically drain from the filter.

• Manual Drainage (Under Pressure):
  If the system is under pressure, press the release trigger at the bottom of the tank to manually drain the water.

• Overflow Management:
  If the water level exceeds the recommended limit, open the trigger to drain excess water and maintain proper air humidity control.

Cleaning Instructions:

1. Shut off the air supply.

2. Release any residual pressure in the system to ensure safety.

3. Unscrew the tank clockwise to remove it.

4. Clean the filter using clean, compressed air.

5. Wipe the inside of the tank using a soft, dry cloth.

6. Do NOT use solvents or harsh chemicals that could damage the polycarbonate.

7. Before reassembly, ensure the sealing ring is clean, correctly positioned, and undamaged.
